Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MELQUIADES ESTRELLAS, who died intestate at Concord, California on October, 1990, consisting of Three (3) parcels of land coconut land and fishpond land all situated at Caloocan Sur, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,135, 6,505, and 1,313.5  sq. meters, more or less declared under Tax Decl. Nos. 938, 941 and 322, are the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs namely: Roberto, Conrado and Antonio all surnamed Estrellas.
