MAYOR BELEN PROMOTES 34 DESERVING CITY HALL EMPLOYEES – January 28 was a lucky day for some 34 hardworking and deserving city hall employees whom Mayor Belen T. Fernandez gathered at the City Museum to announce their promotions. Twelve regular employees were promoted to higher positions while 22 job order employees were given regular plantilla positions. It was the fourth batch of employees that the mayor promoted and she said she will continue to implement the performance-based promotion. Among those promoted were Amparo Nirza, Kim Paras, Christian Paul Gonzales, Dennis Decano, Alan Dexter Meneses, Melykhen Bauzon, Glady Cernardo, Muriel Vergonia, Elaine Billote, Manolito De Guzman, Arsenio Santillan, Franklin Catubig, Lana Balolong, Magnolia Yao, Margarita Cayabyab, Cesar Florague, Manolito Ferrer, Mark Ernest Fernandez, Kristian Ubando, Patrick Cendreda, Helen Ngilay, Lena Dioquino, Rowena Sinlao, Morgan Diaz, Marife Victorio, Jenzen Mendoza, Karla Mae Serrano, John Paul Ubando, Ronnie Cartas, Alejandre Serna, Luisa Legaspi, Randy Oligan, Albert Gregorio and Kristine Manalo.
