ESPERANZA CARVAJAL & ENRIQUE BATO, who died intestate on March 15, 1997 and Feb. 14, 1999 in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated in Brgy. Patayak, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 6,706 sq.meters, that portion of 2998 sq. meters covered by TCT No. 75712, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale of portion in favor of JESHA GOMEZ SANGALANG, under Doc. No. 53; Page No. 12; Book No.VI, Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
