ORDER
Finding the verified Petition for Correction of Entries in the Certificates of Live Birth of CHAVIT UMENGAN and LESTER UMENGAN praying that judgment be rendered directing the Local Civil Registrar of San Fabian, Pangasinan to correct both birth certificates regarding Entries Nos. 1 and 18, particularly the Last Names of “CHAVIT UMENGAN and LESTER UMENGAN which should be changed to “CHAVIT UMENGAN LIWANAG” and “LESTER UMENGAN LIWANAG,” and the Date and Place of Marriage of Parents from “Not Married to “May 16, 1990, Apari, Cagayan”, to be sufficient in form and substance, let the said petition be set for hearing on March 2, 2015 at 9:00 in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
Let this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the Cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, at the expense of the petitioner.
Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, Local Civil Registrar of San Fabian, Pangasinan, Atty. Mamilo Royulada, petitioner as well as the private respondents.
