LEARNING FROM EXPERTS – A group of American students from the University of Rhode Island who are studying the city’s fisheries at the National Integrated Fisheries Technology and Development Center (NIFTDC), along with Dr. Michael Rice, a professor of the university, pay a courtesy call on Mayor Belen T.
