TWO-STOREY CLASSROOM TO RISE IN LUCAO – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, along with Schools Division Superintendent Gloria Torres, Lucao Punong Barangay Marcelino Fernandez, and other officials, lowers the time capsule during the groundbreaking ceremony of a new two-storey, four-classroom building of the Lucao Elementary School on December 18. The new structure will replace the building which was razed by a fire early this year.
