VMUF RECEIVES AWARD IN RESEARCH. Dr. Ma. Lilia P, Juan (5th from left), president of the Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation (VMUF) in San Carlos City receives a plaque of recognition from the Department of Science and Technology-Technology Application and Promotion Institute (DOST-TAPI) for contributing Utility Model Applications on Drug Development. The VMUF is the only school in Region I and northern Luzon and the leading institution among the 245 higher education institutions in the Philippines to be recognized for its participation in the DOST-TAPI research development program that sought to inspire applicants and inventors to produce more patentable research products and to encourage others to avail of the Intellectual Property Rights Assistance Program being undertaken by a group of students and faculty.
