DEED OF INDEMNITY
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MODESTO D. TRANSFIGURACION JR., who maintains a Savings Account No. 1626-6540-0012 before he died, that a Deed of Indemnity of Rey D. Transfiguracion married to Cleofe A. Transfiguracion, that they are hereby jointly and severally bind themselves to indemnify the PNB Camiling Branch for the release of the amount of (PHP711,076.39) before he died, that the claimants of the account they being the legal heirs of the deceased evidenced by the extra-judicial settlement of the estate they executed before Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban under Doc. No. 121; Page No. 26; Book No. XV; Series of 2014.
