NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon the verified petition for extra-judicial sale under Act 3135, filed by Mortgagee RURAL BANK OF SAN NICOLAS (PANG.), INC. with office address at Rizal Street, San Nicolas, Pangasinan against mortgagors SPS. RAMIL B. LOPEZ & MYLENE S. LOPEZ of Brgy. Poblacion East, Natividad, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness amounting FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR THOUSAND & EIGHTY PESOS (Php464,080.00), excluding interest, penalties and charges thereon, the undersigned, as Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff of Pangasinan will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in the Philippine Currency on December 18, 2014 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or  soon thereafter in front of the Hall of Justice, Tayug, Pangasinan, the property more particularly described as follows:

“TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-76036 (Portion)

“A parcel of residential land and all the improvements found therein, situated in Brgy. Poblacion East, Municipality of Natividad, Province of Pangasinan. It is bounded on the NE., and NW., points 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 by Lot 5-A of the subdivision plan; on the NE., points 5-6 by the property Melecio Rudio; on the SE., points 6-7 by the property of Ciricaco Mones, points 7-8 by the property of Marcelino Duque; on the SW., points 8-9 and 9-1 by the property of Tomas Sevilla and on the NW., points 1-2 by Taft Street. The residential land (portion) contains an area of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE (363) Square meters, more or less.

TAX DECLARATION

1. 12068

A residential house made of concrete materials constructed on the above mentioned residential land.”

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on January 6, 2015 without further notice.
