Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PEDRO ESCORPIZO and CELESTINA MERIALES, who died intestate on July 14, 2000 and July 14, 2005, consisting of a parcel of land situated at City of Dagupan, containing an area of 200 square meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 60148 of the Land Registry of Dagupan City, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of EVANGELINE C.
