Casa Real Restoration Project—Restoring the FMR Capitol Building. Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr., Congressman Leopoldo Bataoil, Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. PHCC Chairman Gonzalo T. Duque, Pangasinan Historical and Cultural Commissioner Arabella Arcinue and Lingayen Mayor Josefina Castaneda shovel up during the groundbreaking for the restoration of the Casa Real last September 26 in Lingayen. Constructed in 1840s, the Casa Real was the original Capitol Building where the Provincial Governor, then called as Alcalde Mayor, held office. /MVS
