ANOTHER US SISTER CITY — A city sisterhood agreement is in the offing after the Dagupan City delegation led by Mayor Belen T. Fernandez, paid a courtesy call on Duarte City Mayor ‪Tzeitel Paras Caracci, (2nd from right) a Dagupeña, who readily accepted Dagupan’s invitation to sign a twinning agreement, during the delegation’s US trip last week.
