RECOGNITION FROM NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE – Dante Pescador (left), Provincial Statistics Officer, awards two certificates of recognition to Mayor Belen T. Fernandez and City Civil Registrar Digna Liwanag during the weekly flag raising ceremony last September 8. The award was given in recognition of the Civil Registry Office’s outstanding performance and delivery of civil registry programs and services.
