Maria, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 304 sq. meters more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 7389, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of RAYMUNDO S. NAOE, that whole portion shares, under Doc. No. 88; Page No. 19; Book No. III; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
