Balangay, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, consisting of a Bank Deposit under Savings Account No. 5220189264 with an outstanding balance of Php316,791.74 at Banco de Oro San Carlos City Branch, San Carlos City, Pangasinan and a dwelling house situated in the Brgy. Balangay, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan having a market value of Php120,000.00, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 219; Page No. 45; Book No. X; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Jonathan Lomboy.
