Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late ARMANDO B. NAVATO and FRANCISCA R. NAVATO, who died on Dec. 25, 1974 and Sept. 15, 1992 at Poblacion, Bugallon, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 5,803 square meters, covered by TCT No. 121882, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with quitclaim in favor of NAPOLEON R. NAVATO, his heirs and assign, under Doc. No. 117; Page No. 25; Book No. 41; Series of 2006 under Notary Public Eufrocino L. Bermudez.
