AMADOR FRIAS & FRANCISCA SALVADOR, who died intestate on July 23, 1967 & June 2, 1994 respectively at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 10,655 sq. meters, more or less, covered by OCT No. 110, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of JEROME R. AQUINO, married to Kannika T. Aquino, under Doc. No. 397; Page No. 81; Book No. IV Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Esmeralda P. Sabangan.
