Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late FILADELFO U. MACARANAS and CARMEN TACASON MACARANAS, who died in the State of Michigan, USA, on 22nd day of March, 1993 and in State of CA, USA on 8th day of October, 1983, respectively both without a will, consisting of a Six (6) parcels of land all situated at Umingan, Pangasinan containing an area of 3 hec and 52centares, 376 sqmtrs. 1,150 sqmtrs, 367.50 sqmtrs., 365 sqmtrs, and 10,000 sqmtrs, covered by  OCT No. 3015; TCT No. T-9145, TCT No. T-9146-P, OCT No. 64833,  TCT No. PT-25665 (14922), and TCT No. T-234118, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with simultaneous deed of adjudication by and among the heirs, Constancia M. Cardenas, Josefina M. Ford, Honorata M. Oktay, Fe M. Juliano and Jose Tacason Macaranas, executed on the 16th day of May, 2014 in the City of Baguio, Phils, as per Doc. No. 77; Page No. 16; Book No. 37; Series of 2014 of the Notarial Register of Atty. Steven C. Raroque, a notary Public for and in the City of Baguio.
