No. 21806, is the subject of self-adjudication with deed of absolute sale in favor of ROCHELLE B. PALO that certain 532 sqmtrs, more or less only, under Doc. No. 365; Page No. 74; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
