Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late GREGORIO SORIANO, who died intestate on Feb. 15, 2012, at Bayambang, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 4,153 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 132647 and under Tax Decl. No. 01500 is the subject of extrajudicial partition and quitclaim in favor of ALICIA, CONRADO, HENRY, RODOLFO, EDISON and RICKY, all surnamed SORIANO with an area of 348 sqmtrs, and CRIS, MICHAEL and LEONILA, all surnamed SORIANO for 58 sqmtrs, and REMEDIOS L. SORIANO 59 sqmtrs. under Doc. No. 266; Page No. 55; Book No. VI; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Flamengco.
