ORDER

This is a verified petition for the Correction of Entries in the Certificate of Live Birth of ADELA BOTACION GARCIA MABINI particularly; Province: from Pangasinan to No. 5 South 16 Diliman Quezon City; Entry No. 1a: from Alaminos to Quezon City; Entry No. 2b: from February 18, 1949 to n/a; Entry No. 4c: from Oct. 15, 1959 to August 15, 1959; Entry No. 7: from Bundio Garcia to Abundio Garcia.

Let the initial hearing be set on August 6, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which time, date and place any interested person may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published at the expense of the petition once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos.

Likewise, let copies of this Order, petition and annexes be furnished the Hon. Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.

Furnish copy of this Order to parties and counsels accordingly.
