PATAGAN, who died intestate in Bugallon, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of residential land with an area of 319 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 254112, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 3136; Page No. 83; Book No. LXXX; Series of 1998 under Notary Public Corleto Castro.
