Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late SPS. DOMINGO RAMIREZ and EMELIA ASPIRAS, who died intestate on June 13, 2010 and February 16, 2014, respectively, both at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of residential land situated at Brgy. Alacan, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 171 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00092, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale in favor of SPS.
