Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, as amended filed on M<arch 28, 2014 by NATIONAL HOME MORTGAGE FINANCE CORP, aginst RICARDO NEPACENA MARRIED TO NORMA NEPACENA of Blk 2 Lot 14, Villa Sta. Barbara Ph II, Minien West, Sta. Farbara, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness whixh as of February 28, 2014 amounts to SIX HUNDRED SIXTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOUR PESOS AND 75/100 (P663,404.75) and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on June 11, 2014 between 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, in front of the Municipal Bldg. (main entrance) Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine currency, the below described property, with all existing improvements thereon, to wit;

Bigol, Botao and Minien (Rurban code No. 015538), Mun. of Sta. Barbara, Prov. of Pangasinan, island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 13 of the subd. plan on the SW along line 2-3 by Lot 3-B, Psd -1-000182; on the NW along Lot 15 of the subd. plan; on the NE, along line 4-1 by Road Lot 1.50m wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 14, Blk. 2, on plan being S. 77 deg. 52’E., 391.13 m from BLBM No. 1 Minien, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan; thence N. 72 deg. 30’W., 12.00m. to point 2; thence N. 17 deg. 30’E., 5.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 72 deg. 30’E., 12.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 17 deg. 30’W., 5.00 m. to pint of …. beginning; containing an area of Sixty (60) Square Meters. The bidding will be done thru sealed bids and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or managers check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.
“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.”
In the event that the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on June 18, 2014.
Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration/s of the property/properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
