AMENDED ORDER

This is a verified petition filed by Leonora Garcia-Ray praying for correction of entries in her and her spouse’s Certificate of Marriage pertaining to the latter’s citizenship from “Filipino” to American; and in the Certificate of Live Birth of her minor children, Harlie Kleihan and Kisha Bryalei, both surnamed Ray pertaining to:

1.) Citizenship of the father – From: Filipino, To: American; and

2.) Date and Place of Marriage of Parents – From: Not married, To: 6 September 2011, Office of the City Mayor, San Carlos City (Pangasinan)

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, initial hearing is hereby set on August 14, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, at which time, date and place, all persons having any opposition thereto may appear and show cause, if any, why the petition should not be granted.

Let a copy  of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the  Province of Pangasinan, including the cities of San Carlos, Dagupan, Alaminos and Urdaneta, which shall be selected on the  basis of a raffle.

Furnish copy of this Order to the Local Civil Registrar, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, the Solicitor General, Makati City and the City Prosecutor, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
