MOA FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND MEDICAL DEVICES––-The Dagupan City Government and the Latter Day Saints Charities-Philippines, Inc. (LDSC) sign a Memorandum of Agreement for the acquisition and distribution of wheelchairs and other orthopedic mobility devices for persons with disabilities. Signing the document are Mayor Belen Fernandez (2nd form left) and LDSC Country Director Benson Misalucha (2nd from right). Lawyer Vendio D.
