DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AND PARTITION WITH WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late SPOUSES MARCELIANO MATA and FELISA MANGOBA MATA, who died intestate on Sept. 29, 1988 and Dec. 9, 2001, respectively both at Cabaruan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Suaco, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3211 and 151 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. 19821 and OCT No. 20114, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement and partition of estate with waiver and quitclaim in favor of RODOLFO M. MATA, under Doc. No. 233; Page No. 47; Book No. XVII; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Haidee S. Sanchez-Soriano.
