Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FRANCISCO SORIA MARQUEZ, who died intestate on Oct. 18, 2007 in London, without a will, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Ambuetel, Calasiao, Pangasinan, containing an area of 6,944 sq. meters, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate and quitclaim in favor of AMPARO T. MARQUEZ, under Doc. No. 449; Page No. 91, Book No. VII; Series of 2014.
