Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FIDEL BANAGA, who died intestate on May 28, 2009, at San Lazaro Hospital, Manila, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bayaoas, Aguilar, Pangasinan, containing an area of  15595 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 178347 and  declared under Tax Decl. No. 208, is the subject of extrajudicial partition of estate with renunciation and quitclaim in favor of MARIA  ELENA BAÑAGA under Doc. No. 68; Page No. 14; Book No. IXXII; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Butch Cardinal N. Torio.
