LINGAYEN– The Provincial Employment and Services Office (PESO), in partnership with local government units (LGUs), is conducting a series of jobs fairs in different towns with openings for local and overseas employment.

On March 31, simultaneous job fairs will be held in Binalonan and Dasol.

Job fairs were held last week in Rosales, Asingan, and Mangatarem.

Meanwhile, PESO chief Alex Ferrer announced that recruiting agency Eye Quest is looking for workers for electronics and plastics manufacturing factories in Taiwan.

There are also job openings for 1,000 male production operators at House Technology Industries Pte., Ltd.; 1,000 welder-trainees and 100 engineering staff at Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Phils., Inc.; and 700 production operators at Epson Precision Phils.–Johanne R. Macob
