No. 36-0028-01926, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with deed of absolute sale in favor of KEVIN FRONDA DION, under Doc. No. 213; Page No. 44; Book No. 206; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Jose Netu M. Tamayo.
