No. 74; and Tax Decl. No. 29349, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of PAUL FRANCIS T. CO married to VICKY L. CO and JUDE JOANNES T. CO, married to MARY ANN F. CO, under Doc. No. 095; Page No. 20; Book No. LII; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Albino V. Gonzales.
