Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under  Act. 3135/1508 File by the mortgagee OPAL PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT (SPV-AMC), INC., AS ASIGNEE OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK, against the mortgagors SPOUSES DANILO TORIO AND JOSEFINA TORIO, SAMSON A. VISPERAS, PURIFICATION M. TORIO AND THE ESTATE OF JULIAN TORIO with the residence and postal address at No. 15 McKinley St., Poblacion Binmaley, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgge indebtedness which as of amounts to ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY THREE AND 74/100 ONLY (Php 1,721,143.74), Philippine Currency, excluding penalties, charges attorney’s fees and expenses for foreclosure, the undersigned or his duly authorized deputy will SELL at Public Auction on March 28, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, Lingayen, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

Bounded on the NE., by  property of Rufino Aranda; on the SE. by property of Rufino Fernandez; onthe SW. by properties of Ciriaco Santos and Isidro Pasac; and on the NW. by the Lingayen-Binmaley Provincial Road. Beginning at point marked “1” on plan, being N. 75 deg. 33’W., 174.84m. from BLLM 1, Mp. of Binmaley; thence S. 15 deg. 47’E., 48.24m. to point 2; S. 71 deg. 51’W., 4.46 m. point 3; thence N. 17 deg. 46’W., 4.29m to point 4; thence S. 75’ deg. 07’W., 5.22m. to point 5; thence N. 14 deg… 17’W., 44.03m. to point 6; thence N. 73 deg. 56’W., 8.67 to the point of beginning; containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN (427) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground; bearing true; date of survey, April 30, 1955.
