Fernandez leads the fingerlings dispersal composed of different fish species like malaga, talakitok, alangat, sea bass and lapu-lapu on January 30 for her administration’s “One Barangay, One Fish Project”, which aims to provide livelihood to small fishermen in the island barangays.  Twenty-five families from barangays Salapingao, Pantal, Calmay, Lomboy and Pugaro are the pilot beneficiaries of the project.
