NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE
Upon the verified petition for extra-judicial sale under Act 3135, filed by Mortgagee HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (Pag-IBIG Fund) with office address at Government Center, San Fernando City, La Union against mortgagor JOHN S. ADVINCULA of Belisario Street, Poblacion West, Umingan, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness amounting to ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT PESOS & 70/100 (P1,422,948.70), inclusive of interest and penalties as of December 10, 2013, the undersigned, as Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff of Pangasinan will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in the Philippine Currency on February 28, 2014 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter in front of the Hall of Justice, Tayug, Pangasinan, the properties more particularly described as follows:
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-77150
“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1791-H-2 of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-46262, being a portion of Lot 1791-H, Psd-35744, LRC Cad. Rec. No. 653), situated in Poblacion, Mun. of Umingan, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon; Bounded on the N., and W., points 2 to 4 by Lot 1701-HJ-1 of the subd. Plan; on the N., points 4 to 5 by Lot 1701-I; on the E., points 5 to 6 by Lot 1791-I; on the S., points 6 to 1 by Lot 1791-C, both of Psd -35744; and on the W., points 1 to 2 by Belisario Street. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.
In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on March 19, 2014 without further notice.
