Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late SPS. AGUSTIN E. MARQUEZ and FELICISIMA FLORES, who died intestate on Nov. 23, 1954 & April 28, 1985, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated in the City of Urdaneta, containing an area of 1,124 and 673 sq. mtrs, covered by OCT No. 13049 and OCT No. 12808, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with renunciation of rights in favor of JORGE and ABRAHAM MARQUEZ that OCT No. 12808 and HENRY, FRITZY and AGUSTINA, all surnamed MARQUEZ that OCT No. 13049, under Doc. No. 304; Page No. 55; Book No. 1; Series of 2003, under Notary Public Alejandro T. Tabula.
