ORDER

Before this Court is a verified to Recognize Decree of Divorce and Enforcement of Foreign filed by MARIA LOUELLA CARANAY Y. CAMACHO and finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing be set on March 12, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before the sala of this Court at which time and date, all interested persons may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.

Publish this Order in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan including the cities of San Carlos, Urdaneta, Dagupan and Alaminos once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Furnish copy to the parties and counsel accordingly as well as the Office of the Solicitor General at its address at 134 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

SO ORDERED.
