THANKING TEAM PANGASINAN—The principal of Dulag SPED Center, one of the schools damaged by super typhoon Yolanda, sent this picture to the provincial government as a way of thanking the latter for sending a team to help repair the school. Principal Corazon Raagas said the students are happy that the classrooms were repaired in time for the reopening of classes after the Christmas holidays.
