ORDER

This is verified petition dated December 4, 2013 filed by the petitioner through counsel for cancellation of the certificate of live birth of Norma U. Lamsen in the City Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Pangasinan under Local Civil Registry No. 93-4842.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the initial hearing of this case is hereby set on March 20, 2014 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning, at which time, date and place, all persons having any opposition thereto may appear and show cause, if any, why the petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, which sall be selected on the basis of raffle.

Furnish a copy of this Order to the Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, the Solicitor General, Makati City, the Office of the City Prosecutor, San Carlos City, Pangasinan and the Civil Registar General, Quezon City, Philippines.
