HELP FOR FISHERFOLK—Senator Alan Peter Cayetano encourages fishermen and fish vendors at the Magsaysay fish market in Dagupan City to organize and establish their own micro-financing program that will allow them to pay lower interest rates for short term loans for their livelihood. Cayetano was in Dagupan to fulfill a campaign pledge to return and help them with their livelihood. He turned over a P150,000 check as seed capital for his proposed project.
