Notice is hereby given that a estate left by the late AQUILINO G. BANIQUED JR., who died intestate on Sept. 25, 2013 at Turac, San Carlos City Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3501 and 2,881 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. T-31551-32196, and TCT No. 32195, are the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of AQUILINO-III, BRYAN JENO and BEA JEANETTE, all surnamed BANIQUED, under Doc. No. 512; Page No. 102; Book No. I; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Baltazar Ansberto L. Cagampan.
