BRAILLE ALTERNATIVE
BRAILLE ALTERNATIVE—Crisanta Marcelino, a visually impaired Information Technology student in Dagupan City, demonstrates the use of a screen reader software called Job Access with Speech (Jaws), which allows the computer to talk so blind persons can surf the internet for research instead of using thick braille books.
