VILLASIS—The driver of a motorized motorcycle was killed while his passenger was injured when they collided head-on with Dagupan Bus along the national highway in Barangay Bacag here at 11:45  p.m. on December 11.

The tricycle driver identified as Romulo Orial Jr., 33, of Barangay Tombod, Villasis, sustained severe injuries in the head and body that caused his immediate death.

His passenger, Raffy Caspillan, farmer, also of Barangay Tombod is now in serious condition in a hospital in Urdaneta City.

Investigation showed that the south-bound tricycle encroached on the north-bound lane where the passenger bus, driven by Edwin Baldivino,  33, of Moncada, Tarlac, was cruising.
