“BFAR has allocated P2 million worth of projects for the first 100 local government units to register all its fisherfolks so let us grab this opportunity for our own good,” Ugaban said during the KBP Forum held at the Philippine Information Agency Thursday.

The registration process only requires filling up a short form and picture-taking of registrant.
