MISS DAGUPAN 2013 BETS—The fourteen ladies vying for this year’s Ms. Dagupan title are presented to the media at the residence of Atty. Liberato “Ope”Reyna Jr., the Hermano Mayor for Dagupan City Fiesta 2013. The coronation night is traditionally one of the highlights of the city fiesta in December.
