AMENDED ORDER

Finding the petition to be in order, the Court hereby sets the hearing on April 26, 2013 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning for the adoption of minor MARIANNE LOPEZ DE CHAVEZ, at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.

Let copies of this order be published at the expense of the petitioners at least once a week  for Three (3) consecutive weeks in a duly accredited newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan.

The Court Social Worker is hereby directed to conduct a Social Case Study and to file her report before said date.

Let copies of this order and the petition, together with annexes thereto, be furnished the Solicitor General.
