COLLADO, who died intestate on May 15, 2013 at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings Account Deposit at Philippine National Bank, Camiling Branch, Camiling, Tarlac in the amount of Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and Forty Three Centavos (P60,868.43), is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with renunciation of rights in favor of  MARIA MERLIE COLLADO, under Doc. No. 1999; Page No. 85; Book No. IV; Series of 2013.
