Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DIOMEDES FRANCO, who died intestate on April 15, 2012 at Lasip, Calasiao, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 652 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 178840, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with quitclaim in favor of MARIA TERESA, DANNY, DIONISIO, MARIA LOLITA and DARWIN, all surnamed FRANCO, under Doc. No. 513; Page No. 103, Book No. V; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Emmanuel Noah Chuson Siapno.
