A suspected drug den maintainer and a cohort were arrested by joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in the region and and the Calasiao Police Station in an anti-drug operation in Pangasinan on October 17, 2013.

Arrested were Samson Z. Parayno, alias Bong, 52, married, suspected drug den maintainer, residing in Sitio Don Roque, Barangay Bued East, Calasiao, and Ricky C. Felizardo, alias Rick, 43, drug den visitor, and a resident of Barangay Bonuan Calamiong, Dagupan City.

The team from PDEA RO1 and Calasiao Police Station arrested both conducted during a buy-bust operation at Parayno’s residence in Brgy. Bued East, Calasiao.

Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were a heat-sealed transparent sachet, various drug paraphernalia, a Honda XRM motorcycle, and P500 bill used as marked money during the operation.

Charges for sale of dangerous drugs, attempt or conspiracy to sell dangerous drugs, will be filed against Parayno while Felizardo will be charged for visiting the den.
