Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ISABELO ARQUINEZ and JULIANA TUATES, who died intestate on March 24, 2006 and June 4, 2006 respectively at Bayambang, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of unirrigated riceland containing an area of 19,576 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 6537, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement and partition of estate with absolute sale in favor  of SPS. MANUEL O. RODRIGUEZ and MAXIMA U. RODRIGUEZ that certain 5,059 sq. meters portion only, under Doc. No. 259; Page No. 52; Book No. XIV; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Honorato R. Mataban.
